The bro with the Kingdom of Scotland decided to be involved in the lower crown authority rebellion which I allowed to happen, defeated the rebellion, imprisoned the bro and took back the Scotland title. The heir, which is this current Emperor, took over with only 1/8 demesne, luckily I kept some prisoners without revoking their counties which I did and got 6/8 which isn't so bad. At least this time with the Empire of Britain title, lost Kingdom titles won't change the territory colour so it still looks complete.

So my brother took Scotland and I lost Scotland for the 2nd time, thanks to the silly host mechanic and I literally punched my table. The moment I hired mercs, the mercs spawned the province beside my capital and then get wiped out too before they even get to rally. The moment I summoned my troops they get whacked by the host army, bloody rubbish. Thing is the 30k host spawned right on top of my capital. At one point in my previous king's reign, one of my brothers who has no titles, no land, no power at all, called in a 30k host to claim Scotland. I lost Scotland about 2-3 times and had to re-fight for it all the time. He's not even my direct line, he's my previous king's cousin, had to give him all the power because my only son got assassinated by some douchebag and they wouldn't elect my daughters.

Got destroyed by 30k, 40k Mongolian stacks easily. Eventually they did and raised something close to 20k troops but not in one army, just scattered here and there. The pathetic HRE didn't even bother to raise any army. I called in the Ilkhanate which provided another 90k allied troops. Finally I hit 500 prestige which gave me the cause to invade "Germany", which I did. I just kept marching west declaring war as I go. Right off the bat I had like 80K special event troops. Just for fun I started the game as the Golden Horde in the Rise of the Mongols era. Cw8: The mighty Holy Roman Empire is of no match at all to the Mongols:
